Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components back into the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier of your choice.

Receive Your Refund
